Step 1. Download CellBackup to your new, replacement phone. Please check our phones supported list to ensure we support your replacement phone. Phones Supported

Step 2. Login with your existing username and password. If you are upgrading to Version 3.0, your username will become your phone number. If you are unable to remember your username or password, click here.

Step 3. From the Main menu, click "Restore." This will add all the data from your current backup to your replacement phone.


Note: If you change / upgrade phone models, there is a chance some content such as ringtones will not be able to be transferred, as your new phone may not support the same file formats as your old phone.
